A6: We have started a P.R.I.D.E. Award for the adults in our school. Staff nominate each other for their Passion Resilience Integrity Dedication Excellence. I announce 2 or 3 recipients per week and bring a certificate to the classroom & the kids cheer for the adult #iaedchat
