A6: We have started a P.R.I.D.E. Award for the adults in our school. Staff nominate each other for their Passion Resilience Integrity Dedication Excellence. I announce 2 or 3 recipients per week and bring a certificate to the classroom & the kids cheer for the adult #iaedchat
A6: To me, it starts with knowing yourself and your strengths. From there, find people who can benefit from your skill set and can fill in some of your holes. So critical for optimal development. #IAedChat
