#stucentclass A1 I used to substitute for many teachers, Maths and Languages. I would make sure that I don't disturb the flow set by the regular teacher. Make it more of an activity or fun 'one time' episode. My goal was to get them interested in the subjects at hand.

#stucentclass A2 Depending on the age group, children have different attention spans. I would choose tasks according to the average attention span. It helped a lot. I also used classroom as a meeting room managed by the Ss. They managed each other better than me.

#stucentclass A4 I did that by NOT trying to motivate them or trying to engage them. Just observation and listening was enough. I would know that my approach worked when parents acknowledged it.

#stucentclass A5 Learning looked like Curiosity and Excitement to me. No rules.
