  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:06 PM EDT
A1: I have grown in this role each year, but have enjoyed the connection to others in #ALTIC with this year growth.
  • Kim_Lindsey00 May 14 @ 9:07 PM EDT
Q1: I have stretched myself beyond my comfort zone. Taking a tech tool into a classroom transformed into conversations about best practices and focusing on student learning...not just engagement. Enjoyed meeting all of you too :) #ALTIC
  • JHTechCoach May 14 @ 9:07 PM EDT
A1 I’ve filled in a lot of gaps in my coaching process that Id been struggling with. Consequently, my self-confidence is greater, too. #ALTIC

  • WendyHenderson0 May 14 @ 9:07 PM EDT
A1: I have grown primarily in terms of taking the time for reflection and realizing the areas in which I need growth. #altic
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:08 PM EDT
A1: My growth was by learning from other coaches. I think having more confidence that we are on the right track. #altic
  • PattiHenderson2 May 14 @ 9:08 PM EDT
A1: I believe participating in this program has really increased my self confidence. This program has confirmed that I am taking the correct steps in the technology coaching process. #ALTIC

The resources have been great! #ALTIC
    In reply to @elisagharris
  • msangiec11 May 14 @ 9:08 PM EDT
A1 Practicing with purpose how to build relationships and partner with teachers helped me grow. I've never been more intentional in my interactions and decisions #ALTIC
  • BrookeKHudson May 14 @ 9:08 PM EDT
A1: I went from partnering with teachers to actually coaching and allowing them to have more ownership. And @jimknight99 's resources from The Impact Cycle really helped guide me. #ALTIC
  • vrcurtis May 14 @ 9:09 PM EDT
A1: Definitely echoing what @mrsnettles4th said- intentionally following a cycle has been a great learning experience for me. It is something I have aspired to do and hopefully will be able to continue! #ALTIC
  • sbrosetta May 14 @ 9:09 PM EDT
A1: it’s helped me become better at coaching teachers (in particular my questions) and forming more relationships #ALTIC
  • 3littlenutters May 14 @ 9:09 PM EDT
A1: I have grown by learning and digging deeper into coaching through video, conversations, and stepping back to not be quick to offer answers. Becoming a better leader to teachers, admins, and students have made this year awesome. #altic
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:09 PM EDT
Listening! I still struggle but this PD has help a bunch! #altic

  • kristigreeson May 14 @ 9:10 PM EDT
A1: I have learned to slow it down and think it through a little more.... be more purposeful in planning. #ALTIC
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:11 PM EDT
#ALTIC I learned after the first year that slowing down is best sometimes..so you can be more intentional.

A2: I enjoyed the book study and the focused coaching cycle the most. It allowed me to really focus on how I'm working with teachers and to try a new approach. #ALTIC
  • BrookeKHudson May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2: The Impact Cycle was most beneficial. The ideas, resources, and checklists were just what I needed to be impactful and to stay on task. #ALTIC
  • elisagharris May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2.The most meaningful part was the passion https://t.co/QYBRPKEDVB forced me to work on something that I wanted to do but wouldn't make the time https://t.co/YBhkizltLa the coaching cycle as well. #altic
  • WendyHenderson0 May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2: I have enjoyed the sharing of various resources and collaboration among other coaches regarding our practice #altic
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2: The small groups- getting to know my group and talking to them outside the assigned activities. Glad to call @carpese and @Kim_Lindsey00 friends now.#altic
  • Kim_Lindsey00 May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
The video process during the book study helped me the most, especially videoing myself and the conversations with teachers. #eyeopening #ccboeal #ccboeits #ALTIC
  • vrcurtis May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2: Besides all the fantastic resources & checklists, the most beneficial part of the program was gaining a different perspective of the coaching model. #altic
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2: Visiting another school and the day in a life with another tech coach-good idea sharing and made me feel like there were others in the trenches like me. #ALTIC
  • hulonsi May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A1: Reading Jim Knight’s, The Impact Cycle, and using the tools from the workbook made me more intentional in my conversations with Ts #ALTIC
  • JHTechCoach May 14 @ 9:17 PM EDT
A2. Jim Knight’s book and resources were most valuable to me. It was also good to hear from other coaches about their processes, challenges and celebrstions! #ALTIC
  • Kim_Lindsey00 May 14 @ 9:18 PM EDT
I'm so glad we met! #ALTIC
    In reply to @theabeea, @carpese
  • kristigreeson May 14 @ 9:18 PM EDT
A2: The Playbook was very helpful- checklists, etc. I also enjoyed creating my passion project #ALTIC
  • BethJParker May 14 @ 9:18 PM EDT
The nudge to do things I needed to do like coaching cycle, common sense, passion project and visits to other districts. #ALTIC #ccboeal #ccboeits
  • mrsnettles4th May 14 @ 9:18 PM EDT
A2: I think reading the #impactcycle was most beneficial to me. I really thrive when given structure, and this book brought that much-needed structure to my coaching cycles. #altic
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:19 PM EDT
I liked the passion projects too... I promote PBL for students but to do one for myself was so fun! #altic
    In reply to @elisagharris
  • BryanPhillips May 14 @ 9:19 PM EDT
a2. Just from my end the "playbook" seemed to help me. Watching you work through that made me rethink. #altic
  • hulonsi May 14 @ 9:19 PM EDT
A2: sorry...I think I answered this in my Q1 answer, but I think reading the book and the activities that encouraged me to use the tools from the workbook and reflect on that process helped me to grow #ALTIC
  • msangiec11 May 14 @ 9:20 PM EDT
A2: the collaboration with other Tech Leaders across the state and interactive discussions via Voxer and Twitter - each one has inspired me in ways I didn’t expect #ALTIC
  • 3littlenutters May 14 @ 9:20 PM EDT
A2: The whole video recording and reflecting was amazing. Very scary especially for the teacher but even more with trying to figure out how to talk and reflect with that teacher. Always have to remember we are not growing when we become comfortable. #altic
  • mumms - Moderator May 14 @ 9:20 PM EDT
Really like the way you put this - I need lots of nudges... #ALTIC
  • amandacdykes May 14 @ 9:22 PM EDT
#altic hey everyone!! Got stuck out at dinner and just got home!! Catching up!!
  • kelli_lane - Moderator May 14 @ 9:23 PM EDT
Even when the Voxer chats took 6 hours to listen to, I very much enjoyed everyone's voices. The video chat with @camruns re: dig citizen was a favorite. We even were able to see @sbrosetta new baby. #altic
    In reply to @msangiec11, @camruns, @sbrosetta
  • sbrosetta May 14 @ 9:23 PM EDT
    I don’t see Q2...but I see answers...sorry..can someone share it again ? #ALTIC
  • BryanPhillips May 14 @ 9:24 PM EDT
RT @Go_ALET Q2: Which part of the #ALTIC program was most beneficial to you as a coach?
    In reply to @Go_ALET
  • BryanPhillips May 14 @ 9:24 PM EDT
    retweeted it #altic
    In reply to @sbrosetta
  • casiebarksdale May 14 @ 9:24 PM EDT
A2: The part of the #altic program that was the most beneficial was using the Impact Cycle to be more intentional with conversations.
  • Go_ALET May 14 @ 9:25 PM EDT
Q3: What changes would you suggest for future cohorts? #ALTIC
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:25 PM EDT
#ALTIC I preferred the synchronous live video...would like to of had more of those, but Voxer was good.
    In reply to @kelli_lane, @msangiec11, @camruns, @sbrosetta
  • mumms - Moderator May 14 @ 9:26 PM EDT
As I'm reading the tweets - I am hearing peoples voices! #ALTIC https://t.co/avqhOa0cT9

A2: the videos! And the book was a great resource and I really enjoyed it. #ALTIC
  • amandacdykes May 14 @ 9:26 PM EDT
A1: I am so much more aware of conversations and more purposeful when working with teachers to move beyond just training and helping to the coaching mindset. #ALTIC
    In reply to @Go_ALET
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:26 PM EDT
A3: More on-site visits and sharing of each tech coach's responsibilities in their district #ALTIC
  • mumms - Moderator May 14 @ 9:27 PM EDT
RT @casiebarksdale: #ALTIC @Go_ALET A1: This program has helped me gain direction and focus for effective coaching. It has also helped me identify areas of strengths and weaknesses within myself.
  • sbrosetta May 14 @ 9:27 PM EDT
A3: I would like to start the Passion Project earlier to give more time for implementing it. And me personally, less Voxer chats. I enjoyed them when I could listen but it was hard to listen to them all #ALTIC
  • 3littlenutters May 14 @ 9:27 PM EDT
A3: more time to get to know your leaders and group. Personal relationships build a path and bridge for more interaction and conversations. Having travel and visitation some kind of project to incorporate with the year and lesson. #altic
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A3: Changes...Beta group will love knowing what form of collaboration will be used each month- Voxer, Twitter, F2F, BigBlue Button, etc.- to plan accordingly. I like the variety but knowing ahead of time helps us type A personalities. #altic
  • mrsnettles4th May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A3: I would introduce the passion project at the beginning of the year to give more time to develop and implement. #altic
  • WendyHenderson0 May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A3: I would have liked a few more opportunities for face-to-face conversations. #altic
  • elisagharris May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
The only thing I might change is having more flexible times for the chats. It was sometimes hard to fit into my schedule. #altic
  • amandacdykes May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A2: The book. The checklist, how to use videos, etc, really changed my view of my job as well as come up with ways to help my teachers. I also really liked the face to face time we had. That was very meaningful. #ALTIC
    In reply to @Go_ALET
  • hulonsi May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A3: I have enjoyed the passion project, and it is something that I think is very important. But it may be helpful to announce that at the summer kickoff so everyone can think about it over the summer and plan for their project #ALTIC
  • vrcurtis May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
A3: I know it takes many hours to construct a learning experience like this and I am so grateful to be a small part. I enjoyed every aspect. The September conference was my favorite and my suggestion for improvement is more detailed expectations for the passion project. #ALTIC
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:28 PM EDT
It would also be neat if one tech coach could come co-train with another in a different district to build and learn from #ALTIC
    In reply to @3littlenutters
  • JHTechCoach May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
A3. My family is still upset over how much time I spent working on ALTIC stuff during the holidays, so I think a few changes scheduling projects between Thanksgiving and Christmas would be nice. #ALTIC
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
I agree- when site-visits were a possibility it was very helpful! That would be a great addition to the program. #altic
    In reply to @JackieDJenn
  • Kim_Lindsey00 May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
A3: I suggest more video chats and on site visits to other districts. The flexibility of the video chat and voxer were very helpful! #ALTIC
  • BethJParker May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
A3: Graduation in Hawaii! I needed to be stretched, so no improvement there. I benefited from all forms of communicating. Maybe visiting other districts a requirement. #ALTIC #ccboeits #ccboeal
  • msangiec11 May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
A3: Encourage or provide more opportunities for on site visits to others’ schools and do a video chat earlier in the process #ALTIC
  • kristigreeson May 14 @ 9:29 PM EDT
A3: Require to make a visit to another coach in group- so you have to make time to visit your cohorts (wish I would have done this...ran out of time lol) I would like to have met as a small group and worked on a playbook- #ALTIC
  • BrookeKHudson May 14 @ 9:30 PM EDT
A3: I would move up The Impact Cycle to finish before Christmas so that the Passion Project can be explored more second semester. More face to face or video. #ALTIC
  • kelli_lane - Moderator May 14 @ 9:30 PM EDT
    That's the fun part! #altic
    In reply to @theabeea
  • PattiHenderson2 May 14 @ 9:30 PM EDT
A3: I would have liked to have some time to share links/resources/websites we use and love. There are so many different tools available! I think it's important to communicate with peers about what works and what doesn't. #ALTIC
    In reply to @Go_ALET
  • amandacdykes May 14 @ 9:31 PM EDT
A2: I wish we would have had more details of the passion project earlier. I would have liked to spent more time on it & wish I had had more time with teachers to work on it before end of year. I wish we would have had more face to face & maybe required visits of each other #altic
    In reply to @Go_ALET

  • mumms - Moderator May 14 @ 9:35 PM EDT
Keep those suggestions coming! Really want to make this program the best we can! #ALTIC
  • BryanPhillips May 14 @ 9:35 PM EDT
A3. people that mentioned site visits. I thought they were encouraged. I know we had several people visit at times. #altic
  • vrcurtis May 14 @ 9:36 PM EDT
A4: Do we have a roster with phone numbers? I would really like to be able to text...or email? #ALTIC
  • BrookeKHudson May 14 @ 9:36 PM EDT

  • elisagharris May 14 @ 9:36 PM EDT
A4 I hope that we keep our facebook group so that we can communicate there along with twitter.I would love it if we could meet at conferences and share ideas. #altic
  • amandacdykes May 14 @ 9:36 PM EDT
A4: I like that I have everyone's twitter accounts. I am a heavy voxer user so I would love if others would still want to connect that way. (Though I never use our group bc I feel like I am bothering others :) #ALTIC
    In reply to @Go_ALET
  • JackieDJenn May 14 @ 9:37 PM EDT
#ALTIC I would like to see us keep in touch through a group email type forum where we can ask and share throughout the years. And help the next group somehow.
  • sbrosetta May 14 @ 9:37 PM EDT
A4: keep the Fb group growing with the new members, and be sure to include us on the chats! #ALTIC
  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:37 PM EDT
I had visitors but it wasn't a requirement...some of us need more nudges/excuses/assignments to ask for that accommodation to leave our daily duties. #altic
    In reply to @BryanPhillips
  • BrookeKHudson May 14 @ 9:37 PM EDT
A3 again: I would also like to do more with the small groups that were established at the Fall Conference to really get to know others more. #ALTIC

I’m not a facebook fan and will delete that account as soon as we finish, but I look forward to keeping in touch via twitter. #ALTIC
  • mrsnettles4th May 14 @ 9:38 PM EDT

  • theabeea May 14 @ 9:39 PM EDT
A4: Twitter for sure. I'd love to see a graduate group for meet-ups at the conferences in the future. And I think having some of us as pop-in speakers for the Beta group would be fun. #altic
