    A2: We use standards based grading 1-4 for ELA and Math. SS science, PE etc is Effort grades. We are starting to use gradebook #2ndchat

    A2:standards based report cards. Marks are 1-4 and tied to performance level descriptors. New system. Growth exp for Ts and Ps. #2ndchat
