A1 I because of the literal change I see in kids love seeing their joy and growth
A1. I love the challenges faced each day. I love my kids, they make it interesting!

I'm mentoring the next doctor, lawyer, dentist, engineer, teacher, ...
A1. I b/c it's how I invest in the future. I am positive my students will make the world a better place.

A1. simply because I get to help kids dive into resources and learn how to use them!

I when I watch my Ss grow from young 6th graders into seniors. I love watching Ss mature and grow into young adults.

JCox fr I - teaching called me from a young age-used to play school for hours after school w/my pretend class!
Q2: What one change would make you even more?
I did too! And I loved helping teachers
A2: Oh, man! Spending a half day teaching ELL and a half in Kindergarten would make me extra !
A2: less paperwork, more time to focus on student needs
A2: more positive recognition of effective teaching & less useless paper pushing would make me more
A2: less testing... more hands-on
a2 Have 2: To reach more kids that can't see the forest for the trees... to be able to share with more teachers

I'd revamp the way students are assessed each year. It's better than it was when I first started, but could be so much more.

A2 - Use student voices. I can do a better job listening to kids & making positive changes for them. Who's school is it? Theirs!

A3. My amazing colleagues inspire me to every day -- even when it gets too hard to go it alone.

Q4: Many consider teaching one of the most stressful professions, yet why do we still love it?
