    A1. For years GPA (in context of the students high school) and test scores have been the key data points. Non cognitive skills that are more difficult to measure are gaining importance as colleges research retention. #IMPACT #wearewayne

    A2: They need to figure out what they want to do, and who offers the best programs. They should also visit the campuses of the colleges they are considering. Talk to alum and students, too. #wearewayne

    A2. I love this question! In addition to talking to their school counselor, family, and teachers, Students can use the Supermatch College Search in Naviance to start a list of colleges of interest. Next step is to Visit! #wearewayne

    Yes! BDU scholars area used to a small environment like our building of approx. 400 students, versus what we had @BenDavisHS where my class was 1000! #wearewayne pathways can help students know more about their education preferences BEFORE they choose their #postwayne home

    I'm a calzone girl, but totally agree with scoping out the food options! I sure missed mom's cooking! #wearewayne trips were nearly every weekend for that and laundry!

    The only mistake students make is to leave high school without a plan! We are so lucky to have @A31CareerCenter in our township. Tomorrow they are hosting a continuing education fair for our students. Technical Certificates & apprenticeship opportunities galore! #WEAREWAYNE
