To me, there seems 2 b some into tight IZ with dbl on 1 tech & full IZ with all 1 on 1's. Don't really understand Wide Zone. #Zonefballchat

A3 Most of our competions are grip related. Farmer Carry, rolling thunder, etc. The guys love it and it's not trained often #zonefballchat
