I think one of the obstacles is the unpredictable weather. You really have to be prepared for anything! Suncream, wellies... #kinderchat

Main obstacle is not having free flow access ..it's all or nothing as we only have 2 staff and still on 1:8 ratio #Kinderchat

If we ask the chn,can guarantee that 15 want to go out and 1 wants to stay in!!We can't have a one in/one out due to wanderers! #kinderchat

It is difficult. I suppose if you can allow that child to take whatever it is that they want to do - outside. That can help? #kinderchat

must happen everywhere the prob is that not all staff value the outdoor environment and it's clear who loves it and who doesn't #kinderchat

It's making sure things are duplicated for familiarity to an extent but offer larger scale and challenging play. #kinderchat

By doing that we're asking staff members to really observe and understand what is happening to a childs development when outside #Kinderchat
