A2: Sometimes feels overwhelming to keep up.
What is ? (Besides what I can tell from their Twitter profile)
You can set up Google to notify you as it "finds" new resources using specific search terms.
A2: I am guilty of keeping my head down, too often. I usually see things posted to and follow threads from here
Jumping in a bit late, hey everybody!
I’ll have to play around with that.
That. Is awesome. https://t.co/VCnvetmq8B

Hey, Scott! Great to see you on tonight.
also, tweeking current resources is a fun activity. sometimes all it takes a new word
Any other American Horror Story watchers out there? and I been counting down.
Q3a: Could use much help with this part!
A2: the best way to keep up with new stuff is to collab. w/other DTers. keeps resources fresh and in use
A clear and definite https://t.co/vSaYcmwG7G
Any other American Horror Story watchers out there? and I been counting down.
A3: I count on others for that :) Got a DT bookmark section in Chrome.
A3a: Probably poorly. I keep a bulging google bookmarks folder, but am not great at making time to dig in there.
yes, and please beware of porcelain dolls and clowns https://t.co/MrF9Wqbxj0
Any other American Horror Story watchers out there? and I been counting down.
A3: LMS, keeps most of it together. Design challenges, forums for sharing, instructables..
remind me to tell you my horrifying doll story from kindergarten sometime.
A3a: I use a combination of Diigo, Evernote (Web Clipper), and Google Drive. (That is part of my problem, but I can't change.)
A3a My last 2 answers bundlr https://t.co/ZhKuCe47ob Also, the twitter heart, I’m in constant grab N save N marinate
I started w/Diigo a while back and some reason didn’t work for me. Can’t remember why now.
it's so much. I feel like I get spread too thin and begin losing traction for all the looking and not enough doing
Q3b (or something like it) is about to be present and accounted for
A3b) I go thru the feed often, also have created several ‘short lists’ to follow.

Also I Blieve its the nuggets that bring most inspiration & direction Tweets 2me R the best nuggets
Good article about why creativity is key in education that prepares for the future. https://t.co/7VA47QQZHH
Creativity is the new must-have skill for the "4th industrial revolution" We can teach it. But content matters, too! https://t.co/cQL4l1XWxM
your slides look great! kind of 1950s diner vibe.
A3b: For me, it is looking at relevant hashtags when I get a free minute. Nuzzel has been useful too!
Lists in Twitter...? Of... people to follow...? https://t.co/ZivFZhPhOX
A3b) I go thru the feed often, also have created several ‘short lists’ to follow.
that's it exactly! Now, I'm focusing on execution/craft and hoping that I'm staying connected enough to stay current
Thanks. That was my inspiration.
I have not heard of Nuzzel. That looks cool. Thanks.
Managing Twitter is a challenge for me.
yup. i make smaller lists of ppl i closely follow. then not so overwhelming to get though tweets.
Ugh The need 2 keep up w/ the Joneses I say dont try 2b Krispy Kreme The Hot Now sign will always light up again
Yeah - take a look. Nuzzel has been really useful to me.
Sometimes? Sometimes a distraction from action or missing forest for me.
A3b: strong relationships w/DTers will make sure water from the firehose will land on your PLN
that stinking light is on all the time now! maybe we need fewer krispyKremes

do you use a different platform vs the twitter feed? I use tweetdeck on laptop Hootsuite on iPhone
Just joining in Cambridge, MA hi everyone!
Aggregates social media feeds and shows you what the ppl you follow are sharing the most.
I used to use those platforms, probably time to try again. Any good apps for Android?
Nuzzel. I use the iOS app. has it open in a browser, which I didn't know you could do until now.
Im not an android Hey Peeps any of U know android twitter apps?
Did I already tweet Q4? Distracted by my son doing parkour through the living room.
A4 For me? Meeting people in person or GHO has meant everything. It energizes me to dive back into the "firehose", mouth agape.
I try 2b on computer 4chats (use tweetdeck) &just use regular twitter app on my phone for other stuff https://t.co/3CVhh5rKKR
Im not an android Hey Peeps any of U know android twitter apps?
i just use the twitter app on android. mostly use my laptop for "heavy lifting" vs. my phone
so true! human connection is key!
I've used a few but retreated back to the plain Twitter App.
Love tha image! I tend to lose track of numbers too. I think number 5 will be next. https://t.co/3wrbQrE2B7

A4: So -- adding to 's great question...: How do we get all y'all out there more, in front of people?
A4: Noticed the number of people publishing lately? EBooks are having a hayday.
We are supposed 2 try on the website I wonder if we need a Pinterest Board Or something like it (open4All)

A4: I'm shooting for conferences definitely.
Hey thanks for joining the chat…
Well, we have this Mod who like owns a museum I wonder
Awesome—and when we can't be in the same place, HMW make virtual face-to-face, or face-to-group awesome? https://t.co/iENOijzhAv
A4: So -- adding to 's great question...: How do we get all y'all out there more, in front of people?
I wonder if focusing on this may be better than trying to start up another Google Hangout thing again.?.?
Wld b gr8 2 have collection of resources on site. Is there ‘home’4 this there?Could include link +
Check out too! Great and local!
The thing w/ a specific time its hard 4 many 2 make commitments W/ erratic schedules a more central hub might B an idea
We had a Google Hangout going for a while. I've been hoping to start this up again.
Yup! summit at Roper Mountain. Hint, hint…
Yes And! is my #1 favorite space to learn & connect is 2nd 3rd
Yes. That's been the problem in the past. I was trying to just schedule anytime available. That seemed easier.
Dude. We get these nice people our way the first time around, organize some fun, get connected - & then make A FIRE.
re: how to "get all y'all out there more, in front of people," what other ed-chats do people do?
Cool, ! Curious to hear+design more about the challenges of keeping it going (including but not only tech challenges :)
Last Q...I'm skipping around so forgive the image.
Even not connected 2 a school I can only commit 2 live Wed. Night Other stuff Im late 2 party play catchup Which is fine
and what other hashtags are useful to "get [ ideas about DT] out there more"?
4 me it was committing 2B on LIVe during then finding additional time to get on a GHO Not sustainable 4 me
Q5-6: HMW create resources for others that are both diverse & easy to use? (We've already touched on this https://t.co/p8MqQVxJhz
This is my weak spot I only do LIVE & then follow hostages, events, & peeps (not real chats)
I do miss the face-to-face A LOT!
