A1: We need to ALWAYS remember to be available for students when they need us for things large & small, but also let them know about our special expertise in info literacy, tech, etc. that we can help them with. #calibchat

Yes! I was often the "tech end" of the team w/ teachers in a unit of instruction, helping them teach using tools they weren't comfortable with on their own. #CALIBChat
My teachers have my cell. I have a chauffeur. Taking care of last minute needs via text in the morning. Teachers appreciate, and actually works out better for me to deal with before the sea of students. #CALIBchat
A3: Reviewing @lesliemaniotes' guided inquiry with admins and letting them know where librarian's special expertise comes in would be one great way! #CALIBChat
Inviting them in every opportunity you can! Offer to provide professional development at site and district levels and reach out to them when you need their help and support! #CALIBChat
A3 Invite admin alot and share examples of work and pictures of happy working. All pieces let them know lots is happening even when they can't come in. #calibchat
