I think that is the biggest piece that many have difficulty with...ppl still think it should all be the same.

A1: Student choice is key. I notice that is has to be gradually encouraged because it can be overwhelming for Ss that never had it!

Visit a makerspace where Ss can dive into anything that is interesting to them or class using 20% time.

Student voice is always the biggest challenge for teachers. We are used to talking. Step back, allow Ss to process & drive the disc.

As a classroom T I was never afraid to have Ss evaluate me at start, middle and end of year. I loved the feedback and reflection.
