Thx for combining my loves of #Warriors and #assessment - we have the same issue in #MedEd getting evaluations filled out by faculty & trainees alike. We have tried all sorts of incentives to get people to fill out evals but it's still a thorny problem. How do y'all approach it?
What about GME? In our resident didactics, we have 45 minute slots with different groups of learners each week. I agree this is important, just looking for more examples for our faculty (who have a primarily clinical focus) to follow. #meded#MedEdChat
