I am a classroom teacher and you have to know that thinking that we can only learn from other classroom teachers is not opening our minds enough! We can learn from everyone in the education field! We grow from learning how to see other perspectives. #EduAR
While I have no doubt you "miss the classroom all the time," those of us still in it (some, but sadly not all, because we love it) need to talk to each other more and the gurus less.
No one leaves the classroom because they have to--folks leave because they want to.

A1 There are so many I don’t even know what to choose. But one from today really sticks out to me:

The smallest everyday connections can leave such a lasting impression.
Smile.
Ask how folks are doing.
Share some encouragement.
Really listen when they share.
It makes a huge difference.
