Kristin, ELA teacher from Davis District. SO MANY books to love: "Pride and Prejudice" has to be #1. It's the book that made me fall in love with reading. "The Eyre Affair" is my favorite modern novel. SO funny. I've read it over and over, and laugh out loud every time. #utedchat
Q1: Some folks think teachers sit around and eat bon bons over the summer. We know better than that! What summer learning opportunities are you participating in? Why? #UTEdchat
Oooh! I do love Pride and Prejudice too. And Jane Austin. I love her so much I read her complete works! Pride and Prejudice is still my favorite. #UTEdchat

A1. I have been working with a candidate running for office, getting my room ready, doing some research on upcoming articles, working on a professional learning project, and prepping for the upcoming school year.
#utedchat
I am a special education teacher and Instructional Facilitator at a virtual academy. My favorite book of all time is Jane Eyre! I've read it a million times! I #UTedChat
A1: So far I've done the Hunstman Seminar (AMAZING), went to an awesome @HSG_UT conference, attended a one-day Civics conference sponsered by the @UTBoardofEd and this week I'm getting ready to teach AP World at the AP Summer Institute. Whew. It's been a whirlwind. #utedchat
A1 - I'm taking a couple courses on Blended Learning, one on teacher leadership, the @HSG_UT convenings, four days of AP Summer Institute...the list goes on! Always learning. #UTedChat
Q1: Some folks think teachers sit around and eat bon bons over the summer. We know better than that! What summer learning opportunities are you participating in? Why? #UTEdchat
A1: good question #utedchat- after eating all my bon bons- I planned and participated in @hsg_ed convening! Working on @TeachUtah summit, have been to the Capitol to talk ed, the USBE office on a weekly basis, lots of learning and collaborating with my @HopeStreetGroup peers
Q1: Some folks think teachers sit around and eat bon bons over the summer. We know better than that! What summer learning opportunities are you participating in? Why? #UTEdchat
Good evening, #utedchat. David Smith @MathDavidUtah here from USBE. In Cedar City for #URSA2018. Just finished watching a classic - Flight of the Navigator on the TV. Love that movie! See ya later Navigator!
Hope Street Group, conferences, and just finished some math test alignment. I am also working on my own PD by reading several professional books to boost my ELA game. I do all these things because I like to learn, meet new people, and keep my abilities fresh.
Charlotte McGee here. I am an instructional coach in Alpine District. Epic fantasy is my favorite: The Wheel of Time and The Stormlight Archives... But Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre are very close seconds. Why? They just make me happy! #UTedChat
A1: Learning and directing one of the summer school sites for @alpineschools with fantastic students, teachers and admin. interns from @BYU and @UofU. Also attended @UASSP summer conf., lots of reading, reflecting & starting Google Certification! #UTedChat
Welcome! And way to love the classics! I'm told people either love or hate Dickens... I'm not a fan of series (or serials) myself, but I do love A Christmas Carol and Tale of Two Cities! #UTEdchat
I missed the favorite books memo. My favorite summer books have probably been Dune (only halfway through) and Their Eyes Were Watching God. Which I couldn't fully get into until I was in the South on a trip, haha. #UTEdchat
Q2: What non-traditional learning formats (aka not ‘seat time’) have you tried out? What were the results? Would you recommend your experience? #UTEdchat
A1: Well, I'm doing URSA this week. I've presented at two conferences, will have conducted two 3-day principal trainings, and doing some reading. Other thatn that I have just been chilling! #utedchat
A2: I’m happy to read, watch tutorial videos and try things out. I enjoyed working on the new core with other teachers too. I think teachers SHOULD be able to design their own learning. #UTEdchat
I'm taking 5 online UEN courses, I've taken 2 math endorsement classes through my district and UVU, and s total of 9 half credit classes dealing with either math or tech. #UTedChat
A2: I have to throw a plug in for #NBCT This year I renew. Looking forward to re-examine my teaching. Also love to record my coaching conversations to analyze my listening and questioning skills. I highly recommend #NBCT and recording teaching to improve practice! #UTedChat
I'll get up there for it again one of these days. Probably when I decide to teach Government again. I've got my hands full right now though =). #UTEdchat
In reply to
@LynetteYorgason, @HSG_UT, @UTBoardofEd
A2: @driventoteach was experiential professional learning and I would definitely recommend it. I've also started working through learning some of google classroom on my own. For me that is the best way to learn software. #UTEdchat
A2- I’ve done a lot of webinars (which I guess you could be sitting) but allows more flexibility, Twitter chats like #utedchat, I think @driventoteach sounds like an awesome way to learn #UTedChat
Q2: What non-traditional learning formats (aka not ‘seat time’) have you tried out? What were the results? Would you recommend your experience? #UTEdchat
I taught for 15 years junior high math. Yes, I am a saint. Currently I am the assistant principal at 2 elementary schools and loving it! A Thousand Splendid Suns. Book changed my life! #utedchat
A2: Well I did my masters program online in a competency based program (@wgu) and I know that's getting pretty common for masters but I really loved it. I can't read online so I still printed everything out, but otherwise I felt like everything I did was meaningful. #utedchat
Q2: What non-traditional learning formats (aka not ‘seat time’) have you tried out? What were the results? Would you recommend your experience? #UTEdchat
Yes! I forgot @NBPTS best professional learning that has lasting impact on the teacher and their students! I still have a few years until I renew #utedchat
I am registered for and have begun an online course from Stanford on Einstein and the Special Theory of Relativity. Second try. Didn't fail it, just didn't have time. I've also constructed some online courses. Fun, fun, fun! What are bon bons? 😜#utedchat
A2. I have been doing a lot of reading and some training videos(which is sitting but on my time). I also started a micro credential class and it is totally at my pace. #UTedChat
A2 - I am working on some micro-credentials right now. I love reading books on my own to improve my practice and move me out of my comfort zone. I also like to do the research on my own about new strategies, techniques...new tools for the toolbox. #UTedChat
A1: I’m excited for my first chat experience. I’ve been to the Lead with Seed trainings, BYU master’s degree classes, great Alpine District Vision for Learning, and admin intern at summer school. #UTEdchat#AdminInternLife#ASDeveryONE
I've heard of Sways. I need to learn more about them. Can you recommend any good starting points for someone whose knowledge is limited to 'it's a Microsoft product?' #UTEdchat
A2: I just started Google Certification. As I stated in earlier tweet, it’s self paced and I’m learning so much already! Highly recommend! https://t.co/tady8erOF2#UTedChat
Q3: We multitask like nobody’s business during the school year. Are you taking a technology break to RE-boot this summer? If so, how’d it go? If not, what’s holding you back? #UTEdchat
Oooh. I want to hear more about how your microcredential class goes. And what it leads too. I'm familiar with MOOCS that people dive into for personal growth, but I know these are different things. #UTEdchat
A2 Non-traditional is my favorite way to do things! Graffiti Posters, Gallery Walks, doing math and erosion examples outside-yoga balls, rocker chairs, clip boards, and pillows. I love the results of each because if it didn't work we discuss why and try again #utedchat
Q2: What non-traditional learning formats (aka not ‘seat time’) have you tried out? What were the results? Would you recommend your experience? #UTEdchat
A3: I admit that’s a funny question coming from me, but I did spend a lot of time away from my phone and computer to pull weeds in the yard! I’m just stinkin’ busy. No digital detox yet, but I’ll go off the grid later this month for a bit. #UTEdchat
Is this your first chat??? Welcome to #UTEdchat! W're delighted to have you with us! Be sure to identify some folks you want to stay in contact with so you can follow them.
A3: I wish I could take a tech break but if you do that, you'll fall too far behind. Its hard enough to staff in front of everything without a break. #UTEdchat
A1: I’ve had several learning opportunities. Mastery Connect training, Canvas training, I was able to join two elementary cohorts in training, HSG teacher leader training, a STEM conference... #utedchat
A3. I didn't take a break in the month of June. I just kept pushing as hard as I did in the school year. In the last 10 days I have read, slept, and hung out. Although unplanned, it has been a nice recharge. #utedchat.
Q2: BEST format for learning this sum has been creating the Prof Learning I want to present to my schools. We learn more when WE teach! Thanks @HSG_UT and @HopeStreetGroup for showing me how to prepare for this Professional Learning experience. #utedchat#teachindavis
#UTedChat
A3 Yes I´m taking a break. I was in the middler of my PTA last summer and had to take multiple classes along with my tech endorement. So this summer I´m only taking two courses. And playing host to family from out of state.
A3 Sadly, no break for me. I'm teaching an online course for teachers through UEN, I gave a presentation today, and am working with my SBO's from school all summer, so I've needed to be connected. I'm taking a vacation next week, so hopefully I can unplug a bit. #UTedChat
A3: My 15 year old son and I took a two-week tech break earlier this summer. It was so fun to take the challenge together and to keep each other motivated. We had a blast playing game and going places together. #UTedChat
I've heard good things about those. I struggle with Dostoevsky. I made it through Anna Karenina but it was too slow for my taste. Why do you like War and Peace? I'm curious if it would be worth the slog... #UTEdchat
Haven't done a full technology break, but I did do a social media break for one week. It was harder than I thought but I'm glad I did it! I want to rely less on my phone and only use technology purposefully #utedchat
Q3: We multitask like nobody’s business during the school year. Are you taking a technology break to RE-boot this summer? If so, how’d it go? If not, what’s holding you back? #UTEdchat
A3 I have taken a little break out of necessity, but find that writing and connecting are my anchors during the summer- usually occurs after 11 PM though, lol.
#utedchat
Q3: We multitask like nobody’s business during the school year. Are you taking a technology break to RE-boot this summer? If so, how’d it go? If not, what’s holding you back? #UTEdchat
The Alchemist is one of my all-time favorite books. I would love to require all my students to read it just to better their lives in general. #UTEdchat
I'm still trying to keep up with everything but student work to grade, as far as workload. It's more than I want to be doing right now and I find there are days I just don't want to do anything. But we slog along. I've got a break to look forward to =). #UTEdchat
I always want to read Ender's Game but I'm always stressed out knowing which one to read first, next, etc. It feels like there are so many of them #UTEdchat
A3: Periodic tech breaks to spend time with those I love! Grateful to @tamtamstu who introduced me to a new app that helps you disconnect and earn points! Check it out! It’s called Pocket Points #UTedChat
A4: WHEN I cut the cord, I’m going to hike, read, go to the opera (if there’s one performing), check out museums, wander aimlessly a bit, try new food, & do all the low-stress vacation things. I want to re-read a Wrinkle in Time & see the movie too. Childhood favorite. #UTEdchat
A4 - Reading is always rejuvenating for me. Even if I'm reading educational books, I'm learning new things, which excites me. I'm also reading books I just want to read. Right now: Destiny of the Republic. SO GOOD. #UTedChat
To unwind I like to go on long walks on the beach. I should probably be reading more. Whenever I run into students I always ask them what they are reading, I have to be able to answer that too. #utedchat
A4: I love spending time in nature--hiking, picnics, exploring. This summer has involved sleeping as much as I can (with a four month old), walks, and trying to get back into a gym routine. I have not had the time to read (unless you count Brown Bear, Brown Bear!). #UTEdchat
A4. I have been doing some reading online but have a stack of books. I am reading the Freedom Writers diary right now. Next, I will re-read the art of racing in the the rain.
#UTedChat
I've heard of this. We talked with admin about it as a possible incentive to help students focus at school but it didn't go anywhere. I'm guessing they just didn't follow up, but I don't know because I gave up on following up. Have you used it at school? #UTEdchat
A4: Love reading during the summer! I like to balance my reading in the summer! A little education, blogs, reading more with the littles & reading for fun! Helps my summers feel a little more balanced. #UTedChat
I HATE prequels... Start Wars 1-3 were just dumb, I thought. Some of the new ones are pretty good. I did like Rogue One. But I realize I also just changed the subject... #UTEdchat
A1: What a great group! I’ve had a great learning summer—K-6 Leadership, Cohort D Literacy Training, Graduate classwork, admin meetings and MVHS internship. #UTedChat
Way to hold everyone accountable! That concept is what forced me into my Master's degree - I always hounded them to apply for scholarships and I accidentally got one I applied for... Random story, but true. #UTEdchat#growthmindset for everyone!
#UTedChat
A4 I enjoy reading with my kids. It is fun to see how they get more comfortable with their pronunciation and words recognition. And suddlenly their are able to ready their favorite book to me.
A4 Usually if I am not digitally engaged, it is because all other parts of life are knocking down the door- so I guess that's unwinding? I haven't reread this summer because I have too many others to read, but love rereading because something new is always learned.#utedchat
A4: I spend time with family (in Houston right now visiting my little sisyer in fact), cook yummy food, sew, dig in my garden, read good books... #UTedChat
Hiking really is the best! It completely recharges me. I have a dedicated hiking buddy and we go at least once a month in the summer when we can get our schedules to align. And for our birthdays! #UTEdchat
Q5: Have you taken time to RE-flect on teaching and learning in your classroom? Writing is a great way to process what went well & what can improve by looking at the the hows and whys. Share some purposeful reflections… #UTEdchat
A4: I recently made a patio in my backyard, my roomie got a hammock and I got a camp chair. I try to go out there and just read 1-2x a week. Usually it's the paper but I alos love reading new books. I'm not a re-reader #UTEdchat
A5: Honest reflection moment: So this last year I was overwhelmed. It showed on my AP students’ results. I feel horrible for them. I'm already planning to switch up how I teach them writing and to get ahead with regular CANVAS assessments to keep us all on track. #UTEdchat
A4: Reading transports me to new places. When I am in the middle of a good book I find myself thinking about those places and characters even when I am not reading. I just hate for a good book to end. #UTedChat
Just got an email from one of my students saying she missed seeing me everyday. It’s actually the second student email I’ve gotten this week. Plus, one that came and chatted me at a Jazz game last week. I miss my kids! #utedchat
Family visits are a great way to unplug and recharge! How's the Houston humidity? I about killed myself when I went for an afternoon run there last year. Outside. It was a poor life choice. #UTEdchat
A5: I have been reflecting on coaching. Reading articles on listening, strategies to help new teachers and how to help them more than last year. I have been reflecting and writing about mentoring (my mentor retired this year) and what made her great for me. #UTEdchat
A5 I am in the process of looking over what I did in my classroom last year and deciding what worked and what could use improvement. Planning the switch to flexible seating and hoping for better use of station rotations. Lots of planning still to do. #utedchat
A4: Also lots of arts, crafts, and visits to new places, with my littles. Making as many memories as possible. These summer go fast and we are trying to cherish every moment! #UTedChat
I do love the newspaper! The PAPER paper. I absolutely support local news and love my @sltrib. You should all get a subscription if you don't have one. Excellent reporting! Pulitzer Prize winners! #UTEdchat
A5: Yes, I have taken time to reflect on teaching and learning. It has been a work in progress all summer long! I really don't have much to share at this time, it is a work in progress for me. #utedchat
Q5: Have you taken time to RE-flect on teaching and learning in your classroom? Writing is a great way to process what went well & what can improve by looking at the the hows and whys. Share some purposeful reflections… #UTEdchat
A5: I am currently doing some deep reflection and research on teacher evaluation. We have to do something different, something better. But I don't know what it is. I'm waiting for a revelation. Or a nice long twitter chat, maybe. #utedchat
A5. At the end of the year, I wrote some reflections of my school year. What worked, what didn't, and what I can do differently for the upcoming year. I wrote and and will revisit it in a few weeks. #UTedChat
I love it too. I always wanted to read it and feel "grown-up" when I was young but thought it was so boring. Now that I love it, I guess I'm grown up! Haha #utedchat
#utedchat - Proud of you, Deborah. Remember, mistakes and failures are the only way we learn. Not to say you failed... Sorry. (Open mouth, insert foot, chew vigorously)
European History. I love it! The content, the kids, the connections to the modern world... And current events. [cough, cough, NATO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!] #utedchat
A4 I'm a huge fan of Ian Fleming's James Bond novels. I am currently re-reading 'Casino Royale.' I first read this book back in the 1970s when I was in high school. Rejuvenating because it provides a quiet break from busyness. #UTEdchat
Believe me it is by no means impressive. Just dug a few inches down, laid sand down, laid tiles down, and voila. Though I'm currently still 5 tiles short and haven't gotten the gumption to finish it. I used up all my summer gumption. #utedchat
A5 I have learned to do this constantly, but summer is a great time to put that reflection into planning. I, too, struggled with focus this year and I am committed to stay organized and planned in a more intentional way #utedchat
Q5: Have you taken time to RE-flect on teaching and learning in your classroom? Writing is a great way to process what went well & what can improve by looking at the the hows and whys. Share some purposeful reflections… #UTEdchat
A5: I’m so grateful for this question! We have reflected as an Admin. Team with our teachers and then as our own team. I am looking over my own work & continuously reflecting on what I need to do to improve! #UTedChat
#UTedChat
A5 for one of my endorsement classes i learned able video coaching and self evaluation. I feel this is something I should implement this upcoming year to be able to have a more accurate view of the things i need to improve.
Q6: Here’s your chance to RE-turn to creativity! What creative passions do you have (or make) time for over the summer? How do these experiences influence your teaching? #UTEdchat
Yeah. I worked out for about a month. It was great, but all fell apart when I started working full time again. Two weeks, no breaks. Looking forward to that being done so I can get back into a normal healthy routine. #UTedchat
A5: This year I tried to use a restorative justice model to improve student interactions and build more empathy. It is definitely a learning curve, but I enjoyed the help the students process through difficult emotions. I’m excited to make it better this coming year. #UTEdchat
A6: I want to dig out my watercolors. So far the only painting I’ve done was for firefighting - we paint the aircraft with temporary high visibility colors for safety reasons. I was into a regular workout routine for a bit. Need to get back to that - it’s healthy. #UTEdchat
I've been taking time to build curriculum. I have two new preps next year and one that I will have to change significantly, so I'm taking it as an opportunity to try new things! And going to a new school (@EastHighSLC) means less reflecting and more looking forward #UTEdchat
Q5: Have you taken time to RE-flect on teaching and learning in your classroom? Writing is a great way to process what went well & what can improve by looking at the the hows and whys. Share some purposeful reflections… #UTEdchat
A6: I am a scrapbooker and I am hoping to spend some time this summer making photo books, especially of recent things happening in my life. I think documenting life is valuable to remembering things that impact what we do as educators. #UTEdchat
You have not failed until you quit trying! One of my favorite quotes, and one I try to live by. So no, I have not failed, though I definitely fell short. #UTEdchat Thanks for the vote of confidence =).
A6 Cooking! I love to cook, but during the school year, I don't have enough time to play, so I revert to tried and true. I get to be more adventurous. It influences my teaching because it encourages growth mindset...I may fail, but that's okay. I can try again tomorrow. #UTedChat
A6. I love taking photographs. Each summer I hike and take photo's. I have recently made photo books with many of my photo's. I also like to made gifts to prepare for Christmas. #utedchat
A6: I love to write. Poetry, fiction, nonfiction, whatever. I am planning on resurrecting my blog soon. After I retire (within a year) I plan on writing the great american novel. Seriously. No joke. 😇#utedchat
A6: Two summers ago I started taking voice lessons. I have always wanted to know how to sing. I loved it so much that I have kept ot up evem through the bisy achool year. Who knew that 30 minutes a week could bring me so much joy? But it really has. #UTedChat
A6: This is a little terrifying to admit online, but I've been wanted to vlog for a long time and I'm finally doing it! I've been videoing myself and editing videos and even putting them on YouTube. I'm a huge YouTube fan, so it's been a long time coming. #UTEdchat
I'm definitely excited about the powerful potential that concept has. It was neat to see the state legislature pass a resolution last year encouraging restorative justice. I hope @UTBoardofEd will do something to promote it. #UTEdchat
A6: Sometimes we get stuck in being creative. I like to look over what we already do& consider how can we be more innovative? Is there a different, more effective, perhaps even better way for us to approach the goals we are trying to reach? Usually the answer is Yes! #UTedChat
Q7: Now that you have a few minutes to just sit and think, how can you RE-envision your classroom? Imagine how your classroom blueprint could be recreated into a well-oiled, learning machine with a warm, inviting feel… How would it be different? #UTEdchat
A6 Wow! No creativity allowed in this brain. Too many other things filling it. Whatever level there is is put into planning and gathering new/better strategies for life and school #utedchat
Q6: Here’s your chance to RE-turn to creativity! What creative passions do you have (or make) time for over the summer? How do these experiences influence your teaching? #UTEdchat
#UTedChat
A6 I love making custom cakes for family and friends. Also, I enjoy diy projects (we just remodeled our main bathroom). All this things teach that my plans always take more time that I plan for in my head. SO I'm already working of my lesson calendar for the year.
When I lived in the South I did that but then I found out I have a voice no one really wants to hear so I save it for commuting with the radio. #UTEdchat
A7: Already happening! I swapped out desks for tables. The room feels more open already and I’m excited that it is set up to encourage collaboration again! We’ll have to get used to the flow of the classroom with the new set-up, but I’m excited to have them again! #UTEdchat
A6. I take time to be creative for myself in the summer. Of course I consider my classroom and teaching practice and plan new ideas but summer is a time for me to take time for myself. #utedchat
A5. I recently read this article. What Google Learned in its Quest to Build the Perfect Team https://t.co/Bvjh0jGwO7
It started a long kind of painful reflection on what I could have done better on my team to help it be more effective. #utedchat
A7: I don’t have a “classroom”, but I have been thinking about my PD I teach for the district. I have been working on making sure my online CANVAS classes are more interactive with discussions and working to add choice into my online activities #adultlearning. #UTEdchat
A7: I wish I had the money to turn my class into a research center with different parts of the room for different kinds of research. I want to turn my students into historians when they walk in the door. #UTEdchat
A6. I take time to be creative for myself in the summer. Of course I consider my classroom and teaching practice and plan new ideas but summer is a time for me to take time for myself. #utedchat
No, I haven't tweeted them out yet. I made a Facebook page, but haven't been super public about them because they're so new to me. But maybe I'll start #UTEdchat
A7 I'm planning flexible seating: couches, comfortable chairs, dining room-style tables, and some areas with actual desks. I'm going for a coffee house feel. Hopefully the students can use the seating that helps them learn best. It's worth a try! #UTedChat
A7: @mvhsbruins is getting a nice rebuild including new offices at the beginning of the year! I’m excited to make a new space ours and to make it as warm as possible. Some initial ideas are already in the works! We will see once we get into our new space! #UTedChat
For your sanity? I'm definitely paying someone if there is a next time. And I hope there isn't. But I am proud of my patio. You'll have to come over sometime for a fire pit party or something so I can show it off! #UTEdchat
A6: I love to make quilts. My sister @KimberlyBird22 and I have made quilts for my kids high school Graduation. This was our 3rd. Need to make 3 more real quick for nieces and nephew. #UTedChat
A7. I integrated flexible seating last year and I am going to do a bit of revision/revamping to that. I also work on making my classroom a comfortable place to be. I am woking on having a great flow to the room this year. #UTedChat
A7 I am partially flexible seating, but would like to do more. I had a couch my first three years-not sure about adding that back. Add more collaboration, too #utedchat
Q7: Now that you have a few minutes to just sit and think, how can you RE-envision your classroom? Imagine how your classroom blueprint could be recreated into a well-oiled, learning machine with a warm, inviting feel… How would it be different? #UTEdchat
A8: I’M LEAVING THE COUNTRY for a few days so I can just get away from everything. I always have really long lists of things to do and I can’t take them with me. It’s going to be great. #UTEdchat
A7: I'm picturing a classroom where more of my teaching is immediately relevant and my kids understand why I'm so passionate about social studies because they are too! I want to see them use it in their lives. #UTEdchat
Q7: Now that you have a few minutes to just sit and think, how can you RE-envision your classroom? Imagine how your classroom blueprint could be recreated into a well-oiled, learning machine with a warm, inviting feel… How would it be different? #UTEdchat
A8: My school year starts next week--so hopefully I am rejuvinated! I have been trying to work out and get some rest. We’ve taken trips to visit family as well. I have a couple weeks off before August after next week, so hopefully enjoying the mountains more before! #UTEdchat
A8 Next week...VACATION!! I am so excited, I can hardly stand it. I'm taking no work with me. When I get back, planning will continue, but for that one week...I get to relax and play. #UTedChat
A8: Rented a house by a lake for a week. Looking forward to boating, swimming, horseback riding, golf, and relaxing. Inviting all the boys, their wives, and the grandkids. #utedchat
A8: We are expecting the arrival of Baby #3 any day! So my time and focus on family will be the highlight of this summer! Taking care of our family is one of my greatest pleasures and honor! That will help me renew and remember what is most important! #UTedChat
A:7 Part of what made my summer busy was spending a couple of days re-arranging my room. I acquired some social skills board games that I have placed in easy to access places in my room. Guess that's what our focus will be next school year. #utedchat
Q7: Now that you have a few minutes to just sit and think, how can you RE-envision your classroom? Imagine how your classroom blueprint could be recreated into a well-oiled, learning machine with a warm, inviting feel… How would it be different? #UTEdchat
A8 This is the hardest for me. I have come to understand that my "busyness" - conferences, opportunities, and research readings IS my renewal #utedchat
Tonight’s #UTEdchat questions were inspired by this great @ASCD article on going From Rest to Restoration. Click the link to read the rest of it! https://t.co/4EFvHpMhYl
Okay, #UTEdchat friends - you’re committed now! Make sure you follow through on those plans for summer learning and rejuvenation. Thanks for joining us tonight!
