A1) I'm there. I'm positive. I'm myself, as nerdy as I can be. #makeitreal. It really does rub off on the students.

A1: Be visible, be real, be positive. Be in halls, cafe, classes, bus duty, and on buses. Have to model my expectations. #makeitreal

A3) I am wanting to send newsletters home to let parents know about what's going on. Been failing at that miserably. #makeitreal
