A:7 as a Supe, I greet students daily & ask them to shake my hand look me in the eye & speak clearly when they greet me. I love it!

A7: Continue to provide student voice in the classroom and support that voice with follow thru and action.
High level questioning...Leaders need to be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and have ownership of their learning
