A1: I typically kick off each school day out in the hallway smiling, greeting and encouraging kids to get to class on time.

A1: I find myself saying things like, "Have a great day" "Good morning" "It's good to see you." "Happy Friday" Sweet shoes" etc.

A2: While game plans are great, you have to be prepared to make adjustments when necessary.

A2: It's important to remember not to abandon the game plan too early, Don't panic simply because things don't work out right away.
