I finished #thepeppereffect before break. Quick read but really god. I also finished up Leadership in Turbulent Times by @DorisKGoodwin, which was outstanding. Started Leaders Eat Last yesterday. #bfc530
Not at all teacher PD but rather life PD. Chapter 10 about the nature and intention of friendships is powerful. Coupled with my #OneWord2019 (breathe) it really centered a lot of misguided thinking, allowing me to breathe through some struggles.

#bfc530 Spent vacation organizing my bookshelves, so I re-discovered so many great titles. My favorite #book about #thinking and# learning is Mindset, and I just bought Grit. Cannot wait to read it.

I'd highly recommend The Teacher Clarity Playbook. Great resource for understanding standards, teaching with intention, & creating authentic learning intentions, progressions, & assessments.
