    Openly discussing awareness, breaking bad habits, moving past arguments and teaching them strategies to listen, breathe, talk about things with respect and mindfulness- model this in my relationships with every student and colleagues #pln365

    The most natural way is to give students choice when completing assignments...art, essays, poetry, making movies, writing lyrics to songs, etc. They will be authentically drawn to and be successful if they like it and make connections. #pln365

    A3 Connect with them. They need to know who I am before they will take that chance and thus be more open to make the effort to try something new. I start each day in my pull out class with a journal prompt. They write, which they don't like, they share, then I share. #pln365

    A4: great question as we think of the students before ourselves. Accomplishment is seeing my kids developing and standing 4 themselves. Elusive goal for now is getting them to garner more skills outside of the education framework because there simply isnt enough time #pln365

    A4 I acquired 10 Chromebooks and a charging station last year through a PTSO grant & Donors Choose. My students are amazed I think that much of them that I would do that. I have a book I've written for young children to introduce LOA... but haven't taken the next step. #pln365
