    A3: I teach growth mindset at the beginning of the year using videos and read alouds. It continues through the year. I also do a weekly Keep the Quote. The student who works at it the most throughout the week wins it and keeps the poster #fcsvanguard

    A7: Yes Implementing true Inquiry in science. Giving them a question, not the answer and having them work at it, then WRITE about it! It was hard, but I told them to stick with it and TRY. They ended up loving it! The 2nd ADI went so much better. I saw GRIT grow :-) #fcsvanguard
