A1 Our Science Lab teacher does dissections with each grade level during May each year. Kids LOVE!
Q1: 4th & 5th Ss get to select weekly enrichment classes (i.e. Genius Hour, etc). Great way to end the year.

A1- When I taught AP CS, student designed project. Loose minimum req’s, Ss always exceeded them.

A2 For me - realized my staff responds better to 1:1 training vs whole group. Will spend less time planning events.
A2: Collaboration fuels growth. It is my job as a leader to facilitate this.
A2: need to send out a survey before Ts go home for summer to prepare offerings for next year

A-6 Twitter! My Sped DL calls me Tweety McTweetFace. I use pictures, quotes & retweets 2 engage staff, families & students. lol😉
