A1) Comment feature is one of my favorites to start side conversations over ideas in a Doc.

A great way to check on vocab is to have the kids create a word cloud - my students love it!

Don't know if you would call an app, but I use it ALL the time for photos and videos that I share on my FB page.
I am very interested in the parent features within GAFE..our board is currently exploring Edsby as an alternative to GAFE though
I think that is key. Learning the tips & tricks to make tech work for you! Ts & Ss have to be willing to try it out

I do something similar. I also put a shortcut to the form on the home screen of my tablet. One tap & I'm right there
