In effect, what we've done is create an adult system…which has effectively moved us away from authentic learning.
A1: The answer very much depends on how student-focused your school is. Are your school decisions too teacher-centred?

Yes and I think it’s even more depressing than that. Even putting S first it’s easy to get decisions wrong.
A1: Mostly teacher driven, sit & get is standard. We need to break the mold where T's are facilitators & S's have ownership.
