A3- yes and that is important but what about an experience principal who moves to a different level such as elem to middle. We all benefit from an experienced coach. #PrinLeaderChat

A4: Goal setting gives me a focus for the year - a focus on two or three of the components within the evaluation system that I can really “get good at.” I feel overwhelmed when my supervisor wants to discuss the whole rubric and set goals in each area. #PrinLeaderChat
