    A1: I live in the attendance zone for the school I teach in. This was a choice that I have rarely regretted. Both my kids will soon enter my high school. I love being able to see my students, past, present and future outside of school. #sdedchat

    A1: I try to get involved in different activities. I attend sports events and concerts, visit the county fair, eat at restaurants in the area. For my colleagues, I try to be a support system that others can trust and rely on. #sdedchat

    A2: By giving them something sweet! And praising their actions. Our school also has a “Be the change” raffle where students earn tickets for their positive actions and words. At the end of the week they are put into a raffle to win a gift card! #sdedchat

    A2: We do lessons on bucket filling and always acknowledge Ss we catch filling other people's buckets! We use "whale tickets" our mascot is an Orca to encourage kindness throughout our school. I also make positive phone calls home. #sdedchat
