The AFCA 30 Under 30 was created to identify & train the next generation of leaders in the profession.

The 1 day event will feature focused, interactive lectures on topics specifically emphasizing influential leadership.

Each participant will receive a $1k stipend (post-convention) to assist w/expenses while attending the 2017 Conv.

Applicants must be born on/after January 1, 1987, be a head HS coach or full time assistant coach in college.

being a single young coach it can be tough to maintain friendships and meet new people
