Q1 When you download the @DEVAR_ORG app, you can build with blocks in your space using #ARKit & #ARCore! What can you build for your classroom curriculum? Notice the physics of the blocks falling down. #ARVRinEDU
Q2 In the @DEVAR_ORG app, you can add a vehicle in your space, AND drive it around your classroom. What type of obstacles could your students create for the car to maneuver around? #ARVRinEDU
Hi #ARVRinEDU empowering as many as I can from Cali!! Fav #AR app.... currently any that incorporate @MergeVR cube. Another one is in the works...nope don't ask...sworn to secrecy.
Good Morning from #India to all of my #ARVRinEDU friends! I'm going to be presenting tomorrow at a conference on #VR & #empathy@ASBPluggedIn. Looking forward to sharing the love and creating awareness around this powerful form of media.
First time on #arvrinedu chat. Learning a ton and running a learning playground at @ice_il around AR/VR and this hashtag is a huge help. Here is my session info - The Future of Field Trips https://t.co/4nTbJG3A7h
Q3 Explore the solar system in the @DEVAR_ORG app! Access information for each planet. How would your students respond to the solar system in their classroom? #ARVRinEDU
A1: This would be awesome for a #Designchallenge in our #MS#DesignTech class. Give students a prompt and have them build a structure that addresses a problem. The physics on display here are awesome! Would save me a whole lot of cardboard 😂 #ARVRinEDU
Loving @DEVAR_ORG app so many things students courl@do both collaboratively and creatively. Each time would be unique and customized by the student. Plus 🐈! #ARVRinEDU
Hi I'm Priscilla from NJ. I love AR & have way too many on my phone & iPad! Always downloading to test for my Ss. Current favorite is @3DBearOfficial ! #ARVRinEDU
A2: I immediately thought of how crazy the driving situation is here in #mumbai. Would be awesome if they could model the obstacles around the everyday challenges they see on the way to and from @asbindia#ARVRinEDU
#arvrinedu it would be great to supplement any lesson on the planets or Kepler's Laws of Motion, it can also be used to discuss topics like eccentric orbits and calculating the orbital period of planet. https://t.co/BkNAA1hP0l

Q4 The @DEVAR_ORG app walks you through an #ARPortal and tracks your steps to explore & interact in the room. How could your students use portals in their classroom curriculum? #ARVRinEDU
Welcome!!! Glad you can join us for the #ARVRinEDU chat and I hope it’s the first of many. We’re a little different because we explore while in the chat. Silence is actually a good sign 😁
Hi! I’m an Instructional Technology Specialist in Oak Forest, IL. I love using @MergeVR & @ARMakrApp across all grade levels. I used the Galactic Explorer app by @MergeVR today with 5th & 1st Gr buddies to record space facts & research. #ARVRinEDU#AR#ARVR
#ARVRinEDU Oh my @JaimeDonally You find the BEST APPS! This @DEVAR_ORG is amazing. My students will be all over it...or in it...or building with it...or driving it...or...whatever...too much to do !
A4: one of the most challenging steps in the #designprocess for Ss is #empahtize - this would be an interesting way to challenge their thinking. What can you observe in the #AR rooms that can deeper your understanding of the person who the room belongs to? #ARVRinEDU
Students respond so positively to immersive technologies, whether it's the solar system or another #AR experience- immersion lends itself to a deeper connection to the content. It brings the WOW! #ARVRinEDU
Q5 Final thought! Check out more about @DEVAR_ORG as they offer scannable #AR technology with books and cards plus more at https://t.co/LClZyArJvK. What are your thoughts about the app? #ARVRinEDU
Q4 The @DEVAR_ORG app walks you through an #ARPortal and tracks your steps to explore & interact in the room. How could your students use portals in their classroom curriculum? #ARVRinEDU
A5: checking out the resources on the @DEVAR_ORG site, I can only hope their available here! So many awesome ways to bring #AR to our youngest learners. 👏🏻 #ARVRinEDU
A4: Portals can allow students to explore and interact with the environment shown- and also it can help them make connections, utilize inferencing, be used as writing prompts, teach students empathy and MORE. @DEVAR_ORG#ARVRinEDU
#ARVRinEDU you are very sweet, fingers crossed on my oculus rift grant, and learn tons from you, can't keep up with all the apps need an expert for sure ! https://t.co/bOGWDVYxfo

Hello #ARVRinEDU Pam Rabin from @SanDiego_CUE and @SanDiegoCOE sliding in late but super interested to learn! Reading REALLY fast to get caught up. I’m really finding @JigSpace app fascinating!
They were louder with their SHHHH! than we were with our talking ....and we were talking about #ARVRinEDU of course, right @Rdene915 - because there is so much to talk about! We do get excited when we talk TECH! Maybe we do need "SHHHHH"-ed every once in awhile!

Q3) I taught 2nd and 3rd, I can see students partnering to do observations, just looking, comparing and contrasting, building an experience to to anchor terminology, garner questions, to be inspired and curious about one of the heavenly bodies that interests them #ARVRinEDU
Q4) Students could use portals to create a character (Who lives in this space? What evidence/artifacts of their character can you use to help bring them to life?), descriptions of a scene, immersive poetry. . .#ARVRinEDU
