R2 - Think about dig file names&use folders. Try a dig to do list app. Excel/Google sheets for tracking. Try to be more paperless.

A2: I'd say be willing to start over, I scrapped my Google Site from last year and started over with a new and fresh perspective

A3) A successful rollout is all about staff working together, Ps, Ts, and coaches all on the same page for Ss!
A2: I have been working on some Google scripts to automate some of the management things I do
A2) big step for me is recording in google calendar appts and times & keep everything learned over summer in 1 location to digest
A3 I am not a 1 to 1 school. When we first get use of laptops, I go over procedures, assign numbers, etc.

A3: If you're able to, create a student help-desk that students run. It has helped make our 1:1 initiative successful.
R3 Our SMS admin team does an amazing job explaining S responsibility... then following through! Our tech team is very efficient.
