Teachers must model and demonstrate the characteristics of being a lifelong learner to their students on a daily basis. Embracing mistakes, not accepting the status quo, growth mindset, metacognition and reflection are a few examples.

Technology shouldn't be an event. It should be weaved into the fabric of the classroom. Digital tools should be an organic part of the lesson/learning task and students must be given opportunities to choose the tool that best fits the task.
