I agree! Personalized PD is less about knowing our audience and more about building capacity
I love this idea! Def build culture beyond school walls.

With snow days and testing time to play has been a challenge, planning for next year.
We have had several EdCamps in FCPS & in collaboration with MSDE. Great partnership between local and state!

Q4: We did a quick survey monkey. Keep in mind your teachers. Some schools do better with a F2F survey.
