If it were up to kids to be allowed to make judgments, yes. But pressure from leaders and parents could dictate what's taught.

As James says, teach weather, show them graphs etc - leave them to make up their own minds - which is what we should do anyway!

This is the descendant to teaching evolution, which wound up in the court as the Scopes Trial. BTW, in that round, evolution lost.
