    A1 Hope this applies. When I taught #BigBangTheory some Ts were hesitant due to topic, I kept it based in the science & Ss from all walks thought through the process in their own way. Glad I did not back down from that boundary #pln365

    A2 Focus always needs to be on what is best for Ss When you focus on Ss growth you get done what you can & it is productive, even if time and responsibilities get in the way #pln365

    A3 When looking at growth look small not large Some of my best growth has been in the little things I do as a teacher When we focus on large growth we can get defeated when things don't go the way we want Celebrate the small successes #pln365

    I always tell my Ss it hate the word stupid with 1 exception: the unasked question. If they have 1, someone else has the same 1 and they are helping each other. #PLN365

    A4 Planning is essential to life. My #oneword2019 is spontaneous. A S asked me yesterday to go to sr Night for wrestling in 2 hrs. He had people to support him but really wanted me there. Glad I went. Crowd was parents only. His walked out after introductions. #PLN365
