A1: Taking the plunge to join the Twitter world helped me recognize that opportunities for learning did not stop when I left work for the day. Twitter offers 24/7/365 learning on-demand and I love it! #pln365
A1 Hope this applies. When I taught #BigBangTheory some Ts were hesitant due to topic, I kept it based in the science & Ss from all walks thought through the process in their own way. Glad I did not back down from that boundary #pln365
A1: stepping up to join EdCamp opportunities has helped me to open doors that I did not know even existed. Out of my comfort zone but thrilling challenge. #pln365
Q2: A perceived lack of time is an artificial boundary which can severely limit progress. How do you continue to perform at a high level with the continuous addition of more responsibilities? #pln365
A2 Focus always needs to be on what is best for Ss When you focus on Ss growth you get done what you can & it is productive, even if time and responsibilities get in the way #pln365
A2: Joining a new team this year has reminded me that it's OK to ask for help when needed. Asking for assistance is a great way to manage time and tasks. #pln365
A3 When looking at growth look small not large Some of my best growth has been in the little things I do as a teacher When we focus on large growth we can get defeated when things don't go the way we want Celebrate the small successes #pln365
I always tell my Ss it hate the word stupid with 1 exception: the unasked question. If they have 1, someone else has the same 1 and they are helping each other. #PLN365
A4: The boundary of hard work equals successful outcomes. Sometimes, working hard and doing everything "right" doesn't equal a successful outcome. I will work better to accept this as I continue to search for success without any loss of enthusiasm when I fall short. #pln365
A4 Planning is essential to life. My #oneword2019 is spontaneous. A S asked me yesterday to go to sr Night for wrestling in 2 hrs. He had people to support him but really wanted me there. Glad I went. Crowd was parents only. His walked out after introductions. #PLN365
