It is always my goal to see the people that I have become friends with over the months/years, meet new people to expand the #PLN and to take one thing home from a session to try out on the next day at work #nvedchat
Perfect place to network with others to share ideas and gain new ones. Some stuff you can’t do over the Internet. I have connected with people all over the nation and it has made me a better instructor. #NVedchat
A3-A lot of times people want to come back with "stuff". The only thing I like to come back with are contacts and emails. People that I can reach out and connect with in the future. #NVedchat

This weekend is the @CUENV Silver State Tech Innovator Symposium, and the big one, the @cueinc Spring Conference in Palm Springs in March! I really want to go to #fallcue in Napa again this fall #nvedchat

A2: @TeachtoLead Summit was amazing as was @ncte! NV has a great annual conference called Mega Conference--will be in Vegas this year. Great focus on NV education issues. #NVedchat
A2: though there are stats that say PD doesn't always have a impact on student achievement, we have to factor in who is getting the PD and from whom. I've strengthened my practice and skill set from strategic PD/conferences. #NVedchat
#nvedchat The #Preparate conference by @CollegeBoard is amazing! I’ve been twice and it focuses on increasing AP visibility for #Latinx students. An overlooked, but important demographic in our schools.
