A2. EBD students self-evaluate on data sheets during one on one conf. @ end of the day.
in 2 weeks we are trying a student led conference with 6th and 7th graders.
A2: my 6th gr Ss chose their own standards for their projects. They got 3 I got to choose 1
A3: I also keep a running journal with reflections on my Ss so I can tailor my lessons to their needs
classroom does an amazing job at making feedback easily accessible for Ss
I used to do them with 5th. CASL has some great resources!

I have also tried to implement standards based grading as much as possible. This feedback is specific and useful for reflection.
