Q1: What is something from this school year that you are particularly proud of?

A1: We reached quite a few of goals that our school put forward at the beginning of the year

A1: Making the transition from AP to Principal midyear...from one state to another. Knew all our Seniors by name.

Sorry to join late. I cannot find Q1, but this year I learned the importance of unity as we welcomed a new P & AP

Q2: How did you grow as a leader during the 2015-2016 school year?

A2:Experiences on the job, attending state conferences, connecting with other great admins on twitter

A1: Sticking together as a Bulldog Family through many tragedies.

A3: refining responsibilities from this yr based on reflection & learning my new ones!

Q4: How will you work to meet your professional growth goal for the year?

A3: building leadership in others

A4: start day 1 working with Ts and getting them Involved in my goals-they are goals Ts want as well; Ts are vital to their success

A4 continually take note of what I learn, all questions, celebrate positives

A4: being a lifelong learner is key and helping staff to do the same is essential for total campus growth

Some tasks will be delegated, PEP mtgs will be rearranged to meet parents where they are, Evals&PLTs will be by subject area

A4: By embracing more of what matters and releasing more of what does not.

A3: Parental involvement is where I want to concentrate. It's vital for student growth!

helping decrease office referrals by forming relationships with staff and students!

A2: The area I grew most in was professional development by becoming more resourceful and growing outside of my comfort.

A4: I plan on working to build my network in PA and working to keep empowering others. Better every day.

Q5: What are you doing this summer to grow and reflect?

A1: Most proud of relationships built and usage of restorative justice principles over traditional disciplinary procedures.

empowering others is key. We must have distributed leadership for sustainability!

A5: Tweeting, sharing, writing, reading, reflecting, asking lots of questions and re-examining my WHY.

A5: Doing PD, reading, connecting with other educators, twitter chats

A5: To grow and reflect you must see what went well and what did not to grow the next year! Reading, Twitter chats, conferences.

That comes with a strong leadership team that truly cares for each other.

A5 'recharging my batteries,' taking notes on experiences, taking time for research

A2: I grew by putting myself last...the needs of the staff and students came first and foremost!

A5: This is my first summer "off the road" from conferences. Needed to stop, reflect, and redirect. Lots of reading.
