Level 1 Educator is a pretty basic 3hr test. Shows general knowledge of Google tools in the classroom

-

  Let's do the test together?!

-

Q2: What is your goal for your classroom-school-library-district this year?

-

-

Tips for surviving the first year in admin: find great mentors and build relationships.

-

Biggest achievement of the year is getting the program off the ground at the middle school level with

-

Level 2 is for those who are leaders in GAFE in their school and have advanced skills. Another 3 hr test

-

I think this also works for 1st year teachers too!

-
. Level 1 was pretty easy- if you use all the google apps and are connected you can pass

-

A2: Finishing our K-5 Google Classroom roll out! I can dooooo it!

-

A2: Continue to help other Ts become comfortable with technology & foster positive learning for all Ss

-

2016 goal: become Google certified. You are all motivating me!

-

Trainer...it's a lot more complicated. Lengthy application, video, case study, and then they select.

-

I think I want to become Google certified too - sounds cool!

-

A2: Goal = Keep building authentic, wild joy of reading while mixing in authentic writing

-

There are 1200 in the world! I was super psyched to be selected.

-
A2. Goals for 2016- Continue to move teaching/learning into the 4 C's of 21st century learning. https://t.co/5zjGyPqnTA

-

That sounds like an awesome goal!! I need to get more in the reading train :( I fell off the wagon

-

That's awesome! And wow so few!! Congrats!

-

Certified, certifiable. Similar words. What a difference a suffix makes.

-

Good to know! I have to get more fluent in the apps and more comfortable!

-

I am working on it....leaning on people when I can. It is definitely a big change.

-

A2 Collaborate with another class via for communication project

-

-

So COOL! We did mystery calls at the beginning of the year - my Ss loved it!

-

A2: Goal for my school/district is to run an for entire elementary staff. did it successfully in one school so far.

-

I really want to try that!

-

I'd love to pick your brain one day on how to encourage Teacher rollout with Google

-

-

-

We'd love to help! Do you know about on 3/12?

-

That's an amazing PD Day! did it with our middle school this year jealous as elem T I couldn't go trama

-

-

Q3: What is your goal for your own professional development this year?

-

also really want to try !!

-

and presenting as much as possible with my partner in crime. Excellent goal.

A2: Read more, try leading a PD session outside of school - like at ?! OH I have butterflies thinking of it

-

-

A3: Maybe even become Google Level 1 certified

-
do tell more about this, please!

-

-

I just heard about it. Planning to register and bring some colleagues!

-
A3. My goal is to continue to learn and grow. Make time to read more.

-

-
I'm going to run a session at

-
: One of my goals is to learn how to use my Apple watch to its fullest ;-)

-

A3: Can a PD goal be to have more fun at PD? Is that possible?

-

SO cool!! I can't wait to see it!! Do you VOX on it?

-

A3: trying to practice more mindfulness.

-

Oh yes -- I'm trying to learn how to meditate -- it's harder than expected

-
A3: My goals: finish 092 cert, help with district tech PD needs, and exercise regularly. And teach!

-

-

Q4: What words of encouragement can you offer this as we all look forward to taking on a new year of challenges?

-

Listening to others' goals is inspiring. Stating my goals in public is scary.

-
A3: And finally get a that fits and works! (Got 1 for xmas- too big, got another, DOA! 3rd will be the charm!)

-

But that's what helps you bring them to life! And if it didn't scare you it's prob not worth doing

-
 Exercise, it's good for ya!

-
A4. My favorite words of advice- even when going against tough waters- "Just Keep Swimming" https://t.co/SVpswcDAa7

-

Oh wow!! is SUPER fancy and really cute!!

-
A4: Always do right by what your Ss need & challenge the status quo. Look at Ss as more than numbers. Build relationships first!

-

A4: whether or not you reach a goal is almost beside the point, striving to improve is what matters

-

A4: Smile. Have fun. Life is short. Try to find a way to enjoy each moment.

-
Find a quiet space and seek your passion. Grab hold of it, nurture it, grow it and watch it blossom
