. We meet with the principal once a week too. In our PLC meetings it opens up honest communication without any concerns.

A1: Debriefing with the entire Admin. team is crucial. It's nice to have scheduled meetings but we do best to meet as needed.

My principal and I meet daily to debrief from the day and review what's upcoming. Communication has been key for us.
