A2: I often listen to what collaborators are passionate about and then magnifying those passions however I can because those inevitablywind up being their strengths #admin2b
A2: I think a good way to help people identify strengths is to create an environment of trust and respect which allows people to shine and take risks #admin2b

#admin2b A3: I try to intentionally celebrate good things in weekly emails and offer opportunities to celebrate things at faculty meetings. Through these there are strengths that can appear, whether it is relational, instructional or leadership
A3: I just started recording an #eesmustangmoment around the building each day to share with our school community which often highlights a strength of a staff member/student. I have the luxury of getting to be all over the building each day, and I wanted to share it! #admin2b
A3: I was just listening to a podcast (Radical Candor) and one of the things they suggested is starting out a staff meeting with positive actions from their colleagues. This would be an excellent way to celebrate strengths. #edu5720#admin2b@JMcCarthyEdS
