Q4. 2E students are often At-Risk because their learning needs often go unmet. There are programs for gifted, programs for general LD, etc. In a perfect world, where do you see these students fitting in? #EduMatch
I shadowed in a high school resource room with 2E students and the biggest challenge was tailoring instruction to meet each individuals varied needs #EduMatch#cep416

A5: I had headphones for loud times in the classroom and sensory items for her to have during work times. The success came when she could self regulate and know she had the freedom to use these items as needed for her learning path #eduMatch
A3: Knowing they are pulled in two different directions can impact their social emotional regulation. Sometimes you try different techniques and it doesn't work right away. #EduMatch

RT edu_match: RT eaglesedit: A2 #edumatch I think sometimes we are so caught up with meeting mandates that we forget to genuinely meet the needs of 2E students.

I have a student an option to type his homework instead of hand write it and his work was so much better! Now I always try to modify with technology #EduMatch#cep416
