We’ve gone to a mod #edcamp style pd @mcspedden this yr. Tchrs teach tchrs, choice is given with session(s) they feel will be most valuable/relevant to them. We as a leadership team look 4 tchrs to share/lead which also serves to recognize our awesome tchrs and their creativity.
