Totally agree in my work I’ve studied NGSS, ELA/ELD frameworks, Standards for Math Practices, & GATE icons for depth and complexity, deep intertwined connections. Helping kids make broad connections across curriculum areas requires collaboration. #cuechat

A5: With the tech coach role, I am probably my own worst critic. I read evaluation data and take it to heart. There is always room for improvement. During PD sessions, you make as many "teacher moves" as you do in the classroom...based on the real time data! #formative#CUEchat
A5: Yes, but doing full inclusion I’m also doing intervention. Difficult to know when I’m down the Deficit Model rabbit hole. Try to keep a balance and work as a team with parents. #cuechat

A5) Constant reflection, 🤔 you need a good lesson plan based on strong pedagogy but when starting something new, like design thinking you can’t wait to be an expert. You have to be a 75% expert and just get started and keep reflecting...rapid prototyping of your craft. #cuechat

Different forms of gratification: Sacrificing to build a full inclusion campus brought meaning. Reaching anxious Ss was rewarding. But, I think the MakerEd stuff makes me happy. #cuechat
A6: That moment when it clicks and the moment they take ideas and run. When they feel comfortable in the space to drive the conversation and learn from each other!! #CUEchat
A6) Helping people (Ts and Ss) experience learning that lets them struggle, seek answers, find solutions, grow, become better, and feel good about what they can accomplish is the addictive side of teaching and why we put up with all the other crazy complicated #cuechat
