A2 As a S, I have gotten inspired through Twitter! My PLN has been growing. Amazing how ppl see your creativity
When you are surrounded by passionate ppl it really IS unbelievable inspiring! That's why Twitter is so good!

I also get inspiration from my own birth kids. They know an excellent teacher & we discuss it often.
I love tweaking other people's ideas :) I don't think I've had an original idea :P
I use my girls all the time! It's fun to hear what their Ts do that they love!

A2: Twitter, Voxer, Flipbook, and Instagram all come to mind! Inspiration can be found almost anywhere!
A2b: Inspiration sometimes comes from dreams too! I think I should sleep more, I've gotten some of my best ideas that way!

A4:Reading,yoga,tech,scrapbooking,walking,playing guitar&movies. They make me more interesting, I just need to do them more often!
A4: I'm a runner, a gardener, and lover of the Brown Swiss breed (my daughters show these beautiful creatures for 4-H).

A5: Attending Ss events outside of school can make a world of impact. Go to a meet, game, play, anything.

Big fan of some Role Playing, action, and some sports games. I mentioned a final fantasy game and they went crazy

I hear you. Teaching is my hobby too. My Ss laughed at me the first time they saw me reading a teacher book :).
A5 I give out a student of the week certificates in each of my classes not just my homeroom students

Our first day of school included a speaker talking about how powerful a hand-written note is in a digital world
A5: We do an "I Matter" chant on a daily basis, I go outside to play w/them, and I will game with them too.
A5 I've gone out and eaten lunch at the student tables, it's wonderful to see how students will save me a seat

Between that and being the equalizer between boys vs. girls kind of games, it's always a blast! :)
A6- I had a student tell how positive I sound even when the situation is bad. I guess I treat my Ss like I do my own kids.
I know you are doing exactly that! Every S is blessed to have you as a T :)
A6: Ss remember Ts that genuinely care. Doesn't make me unique. Passion, I've had Ss say, "Man, you really get into these lessons."
Sharing big mistakes is such a big deal. They'll remember your humanity!
It is so fun when Ts actively participate with Ss! The kids remember it forever!
A7 I'm learning how to blog, and step out of my comfort zone. I want to learn how to play the guitar.

A7- I'm trying to use brain- based activities with Ss. Also using differential seating options. Super-excited to get new furniture
