    Q6: We often ask our candidates to assist us by providing cell numbers for their references in the event we can't get in touch. I find that colleagues in other districts are really good at responding in a timely fashion to a reference check call. #IASPAchat

    A5: We generally hire staff that are not under contract somewhere else this late in the summer. The exception would be if they are coming for a "promotion" position. We work with the other district on transition and coverage there before person starts with us. #IASPAchat
