Entice them by showing it in action. Showing Ss applying what you have learned in PD. Invite them in, partner up w/ other Ts.

Set expectations that all staff has to share something through out the year. Make PD accessible, not always sit & get. Interactive!

I find teachers enjoy PD more when their expertise is honored and they get to share ideas with each other.

Developing PLN via social media is free & always available! Learned the most from my PLN than any district mtg.

For me, it depended on how well thought out PD was at the district level. Some were phenomenal trainings.
