    I hv once disciplined my class of 11 yr olds by putting up a sheet saying "no of time we fought today" and Ss putting tally marks #INZpirED

    So suspension not effective - counselling is. Safe zones are impt. We need to model. PD is key & so is sharing practice. #INZPirED

    A1 Suspension rarely work, usually leads to further hostility for S, typically suspensions don’t repair harm or relationships #INZpirED
