Q2: How do we keep fans engaged throughout the event?
A2: Our announcer is a rodeo clown for an who is talking during dead ball.
Q3: How can we get fans going to the concession Stand
A3: Our exhaust system vents out so fans walk up the building smell burgers and fried onions hard to resist.
Q4: During time out and dead balls what do you do to generate excitement?
A4: We have a DJ playing exciting songs so there is no quiet time.
Q5: What makes our gym a special place to play for players?

A5: Our locker rooms are the nicest we see and student-athletes feel they are in the big time right away.
I would agree that nice locker rooms make a difference.
Participation is shaky due to concert and sons baseball practice.
We have pow wow announcer with great sense of humor
Q6: How do you make officials want to work at your school?
As a middle school we never had a school song until this year.It's surprising how much that makes a difference in community pride
A6. Say welcome and Thank you. Gatorade. Clean locker room. And make them feel safe when working.

A6 We try to make them feel as welcome as possible. Offer water, Gatorade and snacks at halftime. Thank them and be grateful.
A6: Our officials don’t share a locker with the athletes. It's equipped with a frig filled with water and Gatorade.
