A6 Coaching evaluation at end of cycle asks more coaching questions: #1 What's clearer now?
sounds interesting-can you share an example?
A6 I know coaches that keep track (with teacher) the goals they met during the year. That becomes data to monitor impact.
Yes Poll Anywhere is great!
A6 I like PowerWalks formative observations
A6 Evaluation Q #2 How do you need to be to sustain new practice?
Wow. What a great way to model the tech. I've set up a account with a similar goal to model process for Ts.
me too, not a good answer right now
we use 90 day action plans (contains evidence and analysis) surveys, minutes to track impact
A6 Goals with Ts determine student or teacher data and evidence collectedwhich is shared in Evernote for reflection
I really like this- feels more personal/anecdotal. Still trying to find better ways to measure impact.

A7 consolidating school-wide data! Currently use excel ... More efficient? https://t.co/0eVjwUeyqJ
Q7 What is something you wish you had a tool or system for in order to streamline the work?

I use the GROWTH model - these questions are very useful at the Habit stage - looking at sustaining change
My old district had a pretty good one, but not sure how to share all the pieces via Twitter 🤔
A8 How do you coach Ts who struggle with organization?
I know the benefit, don't want to encumber the time when Ts are stretched thin; realize that it makes all of us better
A8: no organization I'm good at, I have a system & then offshoots that work well for me , but more digital stuff is helpful
What is your favorite hardware? IPad? Tablet? Laptop? And why? https://t.co/XdOXuUW4De

great idea! I used in my last district for this 👍🏻
Has anyone used PowToon or Quizziz?
Online? https://t.co/FqBCrueUHR
