Ways to Eliminate Study Stresshttp://ow.ly/ZcLG302iTlR
A1 Ss feel a sense of calm when they see positive relationships (Admins, Ts, Support Staff)
I haven't! What's it about?
That relationship goes a long way when asking for things you need to support Ss
Great point, Nicole! We need to work together for what's best for Ss.
A1: It helps with buy in - especially if your room looks different than they are use to
A1: Try your hardest not to have assumptions, nor prejudgements when building relationships. Give people a chance!
A1: open lines of communication, build trusy, relationships, and partnership
A1 relationships with all stakeholders is a bigger sense of buy in and sense of purpose for all parties involved
A1: If you want to have ALL stakeholders involved you must engage them. It can make or break your school!
Invite ALL stakeholders to come see when ur doing something amazing, and even when you're not. Just the invitation speaks volumes
Open lines of communication are a must!
A1. better our relationships are at work, the happier and more productive we're going to be. https://t.co/otidYQEcKe
A1 spoke at today and had great insight: "Students like teachers who like them back." Simple but powerful!
When it comes to building relationships, what do you expect in your instructional leader?
Ss see stakeholders as a TEAM, a united front, and are unlike to try to play one "parent" off another
Teamwork! Ss see how we treat everyone. Setting examples is important.
Join us for ! You're not too late! Come on in!
Great point! https://t.co/9Siv9jFGxm
Invite ALL stakeholders to come see when ur doing something amazing, and even when you're not. Just the invitation speaks volumes
A1: Takes many working together to give Ss the opportunities needed to succeed. W/o a relationship w/stakeholders our Ss suffer.
A1: Our work relationships do not have 2 be about “best friends” It’s ok to have prof. relationships and not be “besties.”
A1: Making those connections lets everyone know their voices and input are valuable. Better chance of great outcomes.
A1 All members of the school community need to feel like equal contributors for the Ss to have the best education.
A1 We want our S to work collaboratively so we must model that working with stakeholders. Strength in numbers.
Yes! I always invited Admins & Ts into my classroom. A sense of community & belonging; Ss liked 2 have guests!
Hello every one! I'm Lexi Law & I teach 5th Grade Science in Wichita Falls, TX (North TX)

Transparency and willingness to admit weaknesses. Nobody is perfect. We have so much to learn from each other.
It's always great to have everyone on the same page!
A1: we must be innovative and think outside the box to engage stakeholders. It's hard work that needs to be done!
inviting others in also makes them feel like their learning matters, gets their minds thinking abt future...
And we can do it so much better when we work together! https://t.co/eODqUUy2H6
A1: we must be innovative and think outside the box to engage stakeholders. It's hard work that needs to be done!

Thank you for asking this question. Just the answers I needed. Great minds!
A2. Same answer as #1 - INVITE THEM IN!
A: everyone wants to work in an environment that's safe&collaborative so that takes all stakeholders input! https://t.co/dFFo38IWKy
A2: You must have communication and share the vision of what a school CAN be. Without that it will fall way short!
A2: Simple things like being on time, making sure they know they're welcome-whenever- being proactive when having a problem.
A2: personally, I need to KNOW them/style. If they want data, give them data. If they want examples, give it to them. Be authentic
That's the way it should be! https://t.co/7DixnCAiZ0
A2: By inviting them into the class to see how things are working

A3. Willingness to concede space, time, and the lead in lesson planning goes a long way -

hello excited to hear other fifth grade teacher's brains talk!
I like the 'shared floor time'! That's tough 4 some adults - maybe pass around a talking object?
Contemplation/reflection are SUPER important as long as we're not putting on the brakes completely.

A4. Show your appreciation often. Befriend the secretaries and custodians. They are often your best assets!

A4 Evry Christmas, I baked cookies for sec., jan., & monitors. I know it might sound trite, but they all really appreciated it
A4. Sometimes just LISTENING is enough. They need to vent, too.
