A6: Currently, it's @gcouros and his idea of letting the positives drown out the negatives. It has broader implications than when he stated it, but it resonated with me. Still does. #LeadLAP#IMMOOC

A5: When ppl feel valued and appreciated, they naturally become more generous and sacrificial. It is a self-fullfilling prophesy of the best kind. It is not a quid-pro-quo but more like a water fountain. You never know the beginning or the end of the flow. #leadlap
A4 As leaders we need to remember verbals & non-verbals send powerful messages. We can show gratitude daily by letting T know we appreciate their great work. & let's not forget the exemplary T, they need recognition too. T appreciate a positive note after a class visit. #LeadLAP

Yes, and if I want if from others when I mess up (it helps to own your mistakes), then must give it out. Temper tantrum 1 day is 1 & done. I don't dwell on S or T behaviors from the past if possible. Not in public, anyway. Have a safe zone 4 venting & moving forward. #LeadLAP
