A1: My favorite thing about the #EdCamp model is the freedom to lead your learning. Sessions are created by attendees *that day* and everything is really flexible.

I think this brings up a great point. We so often immediately think of "tech" as topics. But, the beauty of #EdCamp is that the topics can be *anything* and aren't locked into a conference theme. #moedchat
A2: I'm a pretty structured person, so my first #EdCamp experience wasn't great. I kind of didn't like it.
I would suggest to a first time attendee to go at #EdCampSTL with some things you'd like to learn *and* some things you'd like to share.

A5: Once you adopt #edcamp empowerment PD model; its hard to go back to trad PD! Hosting #Edcampstl was the best thing we did at GCAA! Easy to replicate thereafter. #moedchat
